Product Information

The Service offers two main options:

• Desktop & Laptop (D&L)

• Server Edition (SE)

The Service has four main priced components:

A monthly recurring charge for each Desktop or Laptop user (D&L) Licence.

A monthly recurring charge for each Server Edition (SE) Licence.

A monthly recurring charge for the overall (aggregate of all of the reseller’s customers) Allocated Limit of Data Storage (ALDS)

A monthly recurring charge for plug-ins which support functions including Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Lotus Domino, Oracle & Groupwise – see Price List for full range of available Plugins.

Data stored on Storage Platform

The volume of data held on the Storage Platform, including all the daily changes and the month end consolidation, is on average, equivalent to the Allocated Limit of Data Storage (as shown within the Limit column of the Monitor Console).

Should the volume of data, for any one account, stored on the Storage Platform exceed the Allocated Limit of Data Storage Limit for that account by more than 20%, IT Call.com reserves the right to suspend that account or charge for the quantity of data that exceeds the Allocated Limit of Data Storage set for that account.
